It’s an easy drive to town, the Dillon Marina, and the spectacular Dillon Amphitheater for concerts and events. In the winter, Keystone Resort is just six miles away, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop to the resort that’s a 5-minute walk away. You and your family and friends will love it!

This 4-bedroom plus den, 5-bathroom condo has a great layout for up to 10 people — and with two bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two families to share. The spacious living area is well lit by big windows taking in mountain and lake views; there’s a large Smart TV, too that's equipped with YouTube TV. And just outside on the deck, you can enjoy those views with a gas firepit and grill! Downstairs, there’s a whole other living area/game room with a pool table, ping pong, another large Smart TV and seating, and a walk-out patio. It’s a perfect place for the kids to hang out!
The full kitchen features large counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and full mountain meals. The dining table seats eight, and there’s room for four at the counter. Other amenities include a full-size washer/dryer, a shared pool, hot tub and sauna, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for three vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.
