Wonderful place for a family gathering! My sister’s family of 4, my family of 5, & our parents were able to comfortably stay for 5 nights with plenty of room to play. The view was incredible! Kitchen was well stocked & easy to work in. The place was very clean & loved the carpet in the living room for our baby to crawl safely. Has a lot of stairs for the split levels but we had enough people around to make sure the 1 year old was safe.Hot tub was lovely - especially with the view - and hanging out on the porch was nice! Close to the local mountains & a couple cute town areas. Groceries within minutes. We loved our stay!

we enjoyed staying at this house , good size bedrooms and cozy living room with dining to fit 10 people , clean and the views were spectacular , will be back again !

The house was great! Perfect for our ski trip. We were able to store skis, easily, and the room next to the garage. The drive in to the ski resorts each day was perfect. The view from the living room is unbeatable! The home was warm and comfortable with a beautiful fireplace. We were able to cozy up, make dinner every night in the well equipped kitchen, and watch movies as a family! The host communicated with us very easily and was very hospitable!! we will definitely be back to this amazing home.

The house was perfect for an early fall reunion with 9 college friends. The view over Lake Dillon was spectacular, and the outdoor area with the hot tub and fire pit was a nice place to relax after a long day of hiking. No notes.
