About this house rental
Amazing, unique, luxury Dillon Colorado home walking distance to the beach, marina and amphitheater with great views of the mountains. We recently added the lower level of the house to add an additional two bedrooms, another living area, full bathroom, kitchenette(with full fridge and stove) and second laundry room. You and your family will love this place!
This house is decorated down to the last detail and ready for you and multiple families to enjoy. Double doors separate your two kitchens, living rooms, but you can always meet on the wrap patio overlooking the lake! You can sleep 12 adults while enjoying the hot tub, heated garage and views of the mountains and Dillon Lake.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, large bathroom with a double vanity, a standup shower and a separate bathtub.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with amazing views of the mountains for you to enjoy when you wake up in the morning. There is a shared bathroom with the third bedroom/living area.
The second living room has two sets of bunk beds and is situated adjacent to to the second kitchen(make sure to look at photos). One set of bunk beds is XL twins and one set is two full beds.
The is an additional half bath outside of the main kitchen.

Bedroom with two twin XL beds.
Third living room.
Kitchen/Laundry room with stove, over, microwave and sink. It also has a full size washer and dryer.
From the lower level you can walk out to the hot tub and enjoy the cool breeze under the Aspen Trees.
