We had the best time at Bella Vista. Everything was clean and new, the kitchen had all the appliances/tools/plates you would need, and it was in the perfect location. Garage was perfect to keep skis & gear. The view if Dillon Dam was stunning. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our time and the property managers were responsive to our initial need for humidifiers that were missing. But the house has terrible water pressure so showering was miserable. There are electrical issues that need resolving as well and I read about those in other reviews.
We had a very negative experience when my son parked his car on the wrong side of the shared driveway (our fault) but when they let us know they accused us of having too many people in the house because of an “awkward” conversation the next door neighbors property manager had with my other 18 year old son who is on the spectrum. It was a rude, disrespectful and accusatory text exchange that soured our experience.
The house is comfortable and has amazing views but we would not rent from this group again.
