About this house rental
Located right on Lake Dillon and within walking distance to town, the Dillon Amphitheater, and canoe rental shops, this 5-bedroom home comfortably accommodates 10–12 guests (with two additional sofas). Just 7 miles from Keystone Ski Resort and 15 miles from Breckenridge, it’s the perfect base for both summer and winter adventures.

PLEASE NOTE
• This home does not have air conditioning. As is common for homes in the mountains, AC is rarely needed due to the mild summer climate. We recommend opening the windows in the evenings to enjoy the fresh mountain air and natural cooling.
• Canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks are not stored on the property to avoid liability concerns, but guests are welcome to bring their own. As a thank you, we provide a gift card with each reservation for two free paddle or kayak rentals through Stand Up Paddle Colorado—just a short walk from the home.
This property includes an attached casita/guesthouse designated for the caretaker and co-host. It will remain unoccupied during guest stays, and access is only through the front door, ensuring complete guest privacy throughout the main house.

Beautiful lake house within walking distance to the amphitheater. A great kitchen that is fully stocked with every thing you would need for cooking and baking. The downstairs was such a fun space to listen to music and play games. Thank you for making our weekend perfect with your lovely home!

Great house in a great location. Lots of fun and comfortable amenities. The game room in the basement was awesome. And only a short walk to the Dillon amphitheater!
