Our new lodge is located near the central area of Dillon and is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Rocky Mountains!
Surrounded by trees and spectacular Rocky Mountain views, the Lodge offers ideal accommodations. Secluded, yet having easy access to everything you need, this is truly one of the finest places in the area., and we will be happy to assist you in any way.

Our lodge is located near the central area of Dillon in Summit County, Colorado (a.k.a. "Colorado's Playground"). We specialize in helping you have an enjoyable, comfortable and memorable vacation in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
Surrounded by trees and spectacular Rocky Mountain views, the Lodge is perfect for your vacation. Everything is new and fabulous. New appliances, plush furniture, towels, comforters, etc. The Lodge is nicely decorated in warm earth tones, with solid oak doors, blinds, and accents throughout. There is even a fox den in the rocky hills adjacent to the Lodge. Moxy Fox and her 4 kits are often seen frolicking in the woods.
We also offer free WiFi Internet access, cable T.V. with many premium movie channels and multiple televisions.
The Lodge is within walking distance to the main street in Dillon, about 1/4 mile away, and also 1 mile from Lake Dillon. Also within 1 mile is a grocery store, a multitude of restaurants, shops, a theater, bowling, etc. Everything you will need for your vacation is only a few minutes away. The rental had a great view off the mountains and a quiet location. Close to town but feels like you’re in the country.

The house was nice and clean. The game room had both a pool table and ping pong table. The neighbor plows the driveway whenever there is any appreciable snow. 4 bedrooms, 7 beds (plus a single mattress), 3-1/2 bathrooms plus an additional attached residence makes for entertaining larger groups or families. The house is located on a private circle that also has a lower road that can be used as an exit.

We 21 people rented both units from March 12th to 16th on a ski trip. The adjacent properties are in a great location, close to highway, grocery and restaurant. Both units are bigger than I expected. Kevin is the best landlord you can imagine. He is very prompt answering your questions and returning your deposit (hahaha).
