About this house rental
Come enjoy this unique ski chalet! Sleeping quarters include a master bedroom with a California King bed, a second bedroom with queen size bed and a loft with a full size futon and three twin size beds. Open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, parking and indoor jacuzzi. Roku TV with plenty of subscriptions. Only 12 minutes to Keystone and centrally located to hop between Summit County resort destinations. There is also a laundry room that provides plenty of gear storage - this house was built for mountain life!
Also, the location of this home is nearly perfect. Sits 1.5 miles from Interstate 70, yet is nestled in a private and secluded neighborhood. It's a very short walk or drive to the grocery store, REI Co-op, Walgreens and restaurants. Whole Foods, Walmart and additional restaurants are in nearby Frisco. So close to the resorts too: 6.5 miles to Keystone, 12 miles to Arapahoe Basin, 13 miles to Copper Mountain, 15 miles to Breckenridge, 32 miles to Vail and 42 miles to Beaver Creek. And for those who don't downhill ski, it's only 7 miles to Frisco Adventure Park which offers tubing, sledding and nordic skiing.

Charming home, secluded yet close to everything, with personable care from the owners! Our kids loved the loft (and playing hide-and-go-seek all over the house), our pup appreciated room to run in the yard, and us grownups appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful extra touches. We’ll be back!

Awesome location near all the ski resorts. Close to shopping and restaurants. Indoor hot tub was a huge plus!

The proximity of this house is great. It is pet friendly and has a wonderful hot tub. The owners are very communicative and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. We enjoyed our long stay here.
