On the shore of Lake Dillon with views of the majestic Rockies lies our two-bedroom condo in Dillon, ideal for your upcoming winter vacation. Situated just 10 minutes from the slopes of Keystone Ski Resort, 25 minutes from Breckenridge and 20 minutes from Arapahoe Basin, you'll have easy access to some of Colorado's premier skiing destinations.

Included in your nightly rate we provide the use of 4 daily original shareholder transferable passes so you can hit the slopes at nearby Keystone and Breckenridge mountains and the use of 4 daily passes at Arapahoe Basin. There are very few accomodations that offer this amenity.

There is also a bike trail adjacent to the property that is part of a paved trail system that runs to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail and north along the Blue River. An outdoor enthusiast's dream. Occupancy is limited by the Town of Dillon to 6 occupants.

Bring the family or a pair of friends with two extended twin size beds in the second bedroom or spread out with the 2 queen-size pull out sofas in the family room. The whole group can stay connected with the provided high-speed internet. At the Point Dillon Condominiums you'll enjoy a convenient location and amenities which includes an indoor swimming pool and hot tub for all seasons. The unit has 2 underground parking spaces with an elevator providing easy access to the unit on the third floor. We are located just a 5-minute walk to downtown Dillon. Forgot something at home? We're also a short distance to outlet and shopping malls. Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow any pets.

After a day on the mountain, you can unwind in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub. Curl up by the fireplace and enjoy the smart TV with cable channels, or take advantage of the free WiFi to stay connected. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, makes it easy to prepare your own meals, and the in-unit washer and dryer ensure you can keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

With stunning views of Lake Dillon, the Peak 10 Range, Keystone Mountain and starry skies on your own private over-sized deck with a grill and outdoor furniture, this condo offers the perfect setting to take in the natural beauty of the Rockies. On those cooler nights you can still take in the awesome views through the large sliding glass doors and windows.
