ONE OF THE ONLY LAKEFRONT 3 BR 3BA UNITS IN DILLON! IMMACULATE! Ski Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, Arapaho Basin! All close by!
Convenient to ski areas in the winter, and a perfect summer getaway to enjoy the walking/bike trail that goes around Lake Dillon which is right behind our unit!
Renovated Lake Front, Mountain View top notch condo! The unit has everything you need and fully equipped kitchen. Immaculate unit, fantastic views, cozy, perfect set up, tastefully decorated, outstanding accommodations! There is a balcony from the living area in the unit to enjoy these beautiful views. The Master Bedroom has a lake view, and the Queen Bedroom has a balcony with a mountain view.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds, each with its own private bathroom. All bathroom have been renovated with all new plumbing, flooring, tubs/showers, sinks, toilets, etc. (Note: master shower is a walk in shower but bathrooms do not have bars that might be needed for handicapped accessibility).
The restaurants in the area are fantastic and are within walking distance. This is the perfect retreat for winter skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing in the wintertime and the summer activities are phenomenal with the lake being right behind the unit. The bike path along the lake is the perfect for a walk or bike ride to anywhere in the county. A water taxi is also available in the summertime where you can take your bike across the lake and then ride back from Frisco. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna are great for relaxing after a long day of play!
The unit is easily accessed by the on site elevator. The underground heated parking provides warmth in the winter and convenience and security in the summer. There are 2 parking spots for the unit in the underground parking garage and another spot in the outside parking lot to the left of the building. The building construction is concrete, therefore no noise from the neighbors. There is also storage for skis and bikes.

Close to everything you need, grocery store, free shuttle, restaurants, shops, skiing, tubing, bike path, playground, lake, marina, farmers market . . . . . Summit County is the place to be for the summers! Escape the heat of the city, plains and deserts. There are free concerts, food festivals, golf tournaments, something every weekend.
Enjoy water sports (fishing, sailing, kayaking) on Lake Dillon. Bicycling or hiking on the numerous trails throughout the Mountains. Great fly fishing on the local rivers and streams. Free summer concerts, Farmers Markets, Shopping at the Factory Outlets stores, Antique Shops and Art Galleries are within walking distance or just a short drive away.
Golf courses in the area offer scenery like no other. Challenge yourself on the Jack Nicholas designed Breckenridge Golf Course, The Raven at Three Peaks, Keystone Ranch or River Run Course.

We loved this condo! Very well appointed and comfortable. The layout was great, with the master bedroom set away from the kid's room and plenty of space for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware/appliances for cooking. This is a corner unit with amazing views. I could sit on that balcony all day and just stare at the lake and mountains! It is right on a walking path for hiking and easy access to the lake and outdoor amphitheater. Loved having the heated garage, pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Very convenient after a long day of skiing!The owner was very responsive and accessible for questions or problems.We would definitely stay here again!

We rented Cyndi's unit for the entire month of March in order to ski at Keystone, Breck and Vail - was the perfect location to get to all the resorts - the unit was exactly as pictured, very clean and well decorated, great views, had everything we needed! we loved it - Cyndi and her husband got back to us immediately with a few small questions we had and were great to deal with. I highly recommend!!!

I’ve stayed in Dillon and Frisco many times. This was a ski trip was 5 women for a week. This place exceeded expectations. Some of the condos near the marina can be a little dated and shabby, but this unit is nice and well maintained. The views are great on this corner unit. It was very clean. Check in was easy. Heated underground parking is a real bonus. Our group enjoyed the hot tub, which is indoors. They have a rack of hot tub towels another nice amenity. The kitchen is tiny, which seems like a typical condo design, huge bedrooms, but tiny, tiny kitchens. Anyway it is well stocked and all the appliances worked perfectly. I enjoyed walking each evening on the groomed trails on frozen lake Dillon. Easy drive to Copper and A-Basin and Breckenridge.

Cyndi's home is the most comfortable and convenient home for summit county play. Her clean and spacious home is only surpassed by her friendly communication. It will always be my first choice when searching for a perfect place in summit.
