About this house rental
Perfect for two families, or a lot of friends! Well stocked with all the comforts of home! Games, spices, a record player, and even puppets! In the winter you are just 15 min away from Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge and Copper! During the summer, take an easy 15 min walk to the marina, the amazing Dillon Amphitheatre to listen to live music, or go bowling (an old school arcade) in downtown Dillon. Walk to City Market grocery, along with many restaurant options. Rest easy knowing the Dillon Medical Center is literally around the corner. All of this, and yet the townhome community is so private and quiet you feel you are in the middle of the mountains where kids and pets can play safely outside!
This townhome is a rare end unit with a one car garage, partially covered driveway, and 4-5 guest parking spots across from the unit. The top floor has the Aspen themed king master bed, with a day bed that can covert into a queen, and a large master bathroom with tub/shower. The Sailboat themed guest room next to the master upstairs has a queen bed, along with a twin over full bunk and its own bathroom, also with tub and shower. The main floor is made for the music lover, with instruments ready to play (even some for the kiddos!), comfortable sectional seating, a brand new kitchen, and a stone fireplace. It has a main floor bathroom with shower for those staying downstairs to use! It has two decks, one of which is fenced in, so the dogs can safely hang outside. The lowest level has the entrance from the garage, and the 'forest' den. It features one twin bed, along with a twin over full (futon, brand new memory foam futon! very comfortable!) bunkbed.
All floors have radiant heating that keeps everyone cozy and comfortable! The community has a small clubhouse with 2 hot tubs for guests to share, along with many trails nearby to explore. We supply basic toiletries and hairdryers in each bathroom. There is a pack n play kept in the guest bedroom. We have sleds in the garage! The panoramic views from the master bedroom and the front deck are picturesque!

We loved our stay! Easy to book at a fair price. Beautiful townhome with recent renovations and well appointed. Highly recommend if you are headed to the area for skiing, wanting to explore Dillon or just a place to gather with friends and family for a relaxing weekend.

What a wonderful experience staying at this condo! The end-unit setup offers added privacy and a bright, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The location is unbeatable: just a short drive or shuttle ride to Keystone Resort, making morning slopes and afternoon breaks ultra convenient. Having a grocery store so close was a major perk for easy meals and snacks. The condo itself was spotless, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the cozy living area, the clean kitchen, and the comfy bedrooms. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, relaxing base near Keystone.
