This location is great for accessing Keystone, Loveland, etc. ski mountains. It's perfect for a family of 4, and could be stretched to accommodate 5 or 6. Only issue at this property is the pet fur. It is advertised as pet friendly, but the fur was OUT OF CONTROL. I found clumps under the bunk beds the size of a football. You cannot sit on the couch without dog hair getting all over your clothes.The cleaning needs to be stepped between stays, especially if there is a pet involved.

Not enough amenities such as coffee, disposable cups, towels were hard. Neeed iron, trash instructions wifi instructions visable .
