Lago Vista of Dillon is a truly unique gem located in the heart of historic Dillon, at one of the highest points of the town for stunning views of Lake Dillon, Peak One, Buffalo / Red Mountains, and the Ten Mile Range. Luxuriously Rustic, Lago Vista was completely remodeled from the studs out so the bathrooms, kitchen and finishes are all brand new and high end. The house maintains its rustic charm with wildfire log trusses in living room and kitchen, and log accents throughout. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and two living areas, this home is the perfect mountain home away from home for a family or group.
The main level of the home features the large living room with moss rock fireplace and picture windows framing the view of the Lake and Peak One. The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef and finished with granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, and oak floors. The main level deck has an outdoor dining area and gas grill. Soak in the sun and stunning views from the expansive outdoor living area!
The Grand Primary Bedroom is a private suite with panoramic views, a designer bathroom with double vanity, oversized glass shower, granite, travertine and log accents. The primary suite features a private entrance and large south facing deck.
Dont forget about the huge covered back deck which is the perfect area for year round entertaining, and private hot tub to soak away your cares while gazing at the lake, mountains, or stars.
Downstairs at Lago Vista you will find a spacious family room with HDTV, plenty of seating, games, and card table. The custom murphy bed folds down from the wall and has a high end mattress for a comfortable night. The second primary bedroom has a queen bed, and private bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub. Bedroom 3 has one twin bed and a captains bunks with full on bottom, twin on top , and full bathroom in the family room.
