Vrindavan homestay

I had a wonderful stay at Vrindavan Homestay, Munroe Island. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by the natural charm of the island. I truly loved the atmosphere, cleanliness, and the homely feeling the place offers. The hospitality was excellent, and the hosts were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was connecting with the host, who is equally passionate about travelling. It was a pleasure sharing my Everest Base Camp (EBC Trek) journey and exchanging travel experiences. I also got to know about his interests in properties and the passion he puts into maintaining this beautiful place. His dedication and attention to detail are clearly reflected in the way the property is managed. Vrindavan Homestay is a perfect place to relax, experience the local lifestyle, and enjoy the calm beauty of Munroe Island. The stay felt more like a home away from home rather than just accommodation. I would definitely recommend Vrindavan Homestay to anyone visiting Munroe Island and would love to come back again.

Honestly, there was nothing major that I disliked. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. If anything, the peaceful location means it is a little away from busy areas, but that is also what makes the place special for those looking for a calm and relaxing experience.

Great location, well maintained and perfectly relaxed vibes

Only small thing that could improve it is having somewhere outdoor to eat.

Sehr nette und bemühte Familie, bei der wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Als wir vom Bahnhof nicht wegkamen, wurden wir von der Familie sogar mit dem Auto abgeholt. Ursprünglich wollten wir nur 2 Nächte bleiben, waren hinterher aber doch 5 Nächte dort. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, ruhig und absolut entspannend. Das Homestay liegt direkt am Backwater und auch die Kajaktour mit Anand war sehr schön

A great homestay! Anand is a good host and we had a great time kayaking with him as our guide! The backwaters were beautiful and so peaceful to be in. But the highlight was still to come, the food! I truly think that this was the best dinner I've had in South Asia so far. Anands mum was a great cook and whatever we had for dinner was exceptional. Location is also convenient as it's close to the train station.

There was some construction happening around the home stay and also in the general area. This could be due to the closeness of the rail station
