If you are looking for homestay with amenities like equipped kitchen, washing machine, safe property then this is the place. I was traveling with my wife and 1 year old kid. So this was the perfect place for us.

The outside area was green and balcony is nice. The host was responsive and supportive to the extent possible for her.
The property was mediocre, I stayed in Kerela for 10 nights at 4 different locations, sadly this was the worst Airbnb among them. The kitchen is not fully equipped, the iron service is not directly present in the property but advertised as such.
