The property is located just 1 km from Varkala Cliff, making it very convenient to explore the beach, cafes, and local attractions. The stay was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable
The only drawback was a slight smell in the room, which could be improved with better ventilation and freshening. Apart from that, the stay was excellent

I had a wonderful stay at JayBee Homestay this past January and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The two-bedroom apartment was simple yet spacious. Each air-conditioned bedroom had a bathroom. There was ample filtered water supplied in the kitchen. While we did not cook, it would be possible to do so. JayBee was very responsive to our texts. As with most of India, there are occasional power outages so plan accordingly. We especially enjoyed the garden setting of the Homestay which was a comfortable 15 minute walk to the beach area with shops, restaurants and views of the water. The Homestay is in a quieter area of Varkala which is why we chose it. The price of the accommodation can't be beat! Overall, JayBee Homestay met my expectations and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Well spacious room with Kitchen. Balcony was nice & spacious.
It would be better if they serve the breakfast. Also the wash basin was leaking and the mats for the room wasn't appropriate.
