Shamak Homestay Varkala

Anmol was a great host and an efficient communicator, The rooms and the bathrooms were impeccably clean and I liked the front yard and the back yard. There is a cute indie named milo and it is a friendly dog. The location is pretty close to the North cliff and anmol helped us with recommendations of cafes' and sunset viewing spots. He also told us that we can drop off luggage in the common area as we had a bus in the evening. The walls and other places are decorated nicely and my favourite part of the house was the mirror in the hall. Overall a fantastic place if you are visiting varkala.

Property is very well maintained and suits solo travellers as we get to meet other fellow travellers as well..

The room and the surroundings are so good and you will definitely find some calmness after hanging out in cliff side, ppl tend to take rooms on cliff but would suggest to take near North cliff. This stay is walkable from North cliff.

The stay itself is an amazing place to relax and unwind peaceful, soothing, surrounded by nature, clean, and incredibly cozy. And a special mention to Anmol for being such a wonderful host throughout the stay!
