The cottage overall was very clean. Staff was very friendly, chilled and helpful. Location was on spot, room was clean. Kitchen had supplies. Sea was very near and all the hotels and pubs were within a km max and yet the stay was very peaceful and quite. Garden was beautiful. Enough parking place.

Didn't get hot water in the shower. There was no cabinet for cloths to keep. Cloth hangers were just two and broken. Kitchen supplies were marginal like gas was provided, one pan was provided. Plates were there but didn't look appealing, glass also looked dirty or not maintained. Fridge was there but not plugged in. Basics like salt and sugar was not available. Kitchen area was little dirty. I myself bought a cleaning scrub to clean the utensil that I wanted to use. No dustbin provided in the room. I booked for 3 people and only one cloth drying rack was provided which was not sufficient since there are no cabinets to keep clothes. No mosquito repellent was given. Only one face size mirror was provided in the room.

Excellent location with 2 min walk to the North Cliff, beautiful beach, shopping market and eateries. Excellent accommodative and soft spoken host. It's a resident family which hosts the home stay. Just that 4 wheelers bigger than dzire cannot enter the narrow lane or access road to the homestay. No food or beverages served. Rooms are neat, clean, hygienic with clean bed, blankets, and washroom. Water dispenser provided at the small kitchen on the ground floor. Complete value for money experience. Budget traveller's with family or 3 or more is total value for money. Go for it without blinking an eyelid.

Just the small driving lane which takes you to the home stay is very narrow. Except for that it is awesome valuefor money for families. Do not expect lavish or luxury. All basic requirements are perfectly met.
