The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were really clean. The room was big and I appreciated the desk in the room. The Aircon was also very good.
No hot water from the shower (though I know this is common in south India).

Really lovely place to stay. It’s peaceful at night, the rooms are clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The location is convenient as well.

Great central location, friendly welcoming and helpful staff.
Ac worked great
Access to fridge and small kitchen (shared)
Beds were not comfy they were wooden frames with poor hard mattresses
Bed-lien and towels could be of better quality
Windows did not shut these need repairing or replacing
Lots of ants in the bathroom
Overall the inside of the property needed a deep clean
