The building is of new construction. The room was very comfortable and at a location with easy access. Very good parking. The caretaker was very helpful and supportive. Flexible checkin - check out timings and reasonable cost. The complex include super market and beauty parlour and the Kollakadavu junction with all kind of shops and eateries are within 200m. There are also many hindu temples nearby.
The only issue was with cleanliness. There was lot of dust and cobweb behind sofa and under the cot which require a thorough vacuum cleaning.

Balcony could have been well cleaned . Address was not specified properly so I lost time in reaching for the first time .
