la localisation entre lac et mer et conforme à mes attentes pas de luxe tapageur et superflu confort dans la simplicité bel environnement naturel logement intégrés au paysage
voisinage un peu proche ( on se voit d'une terrasse à l'autre et on entend les bruits dans les chambres) mais mes voisins étaient heureusement remarquablement discrets

Property is good and beach view from room and living area also good.
1. Safety concern as there is no security or any housekeeping person at any time. 2. No food restaurant inside or nearby so you have to manage your own food. 3. Reachability - located far from city and the main road and no auto/taxi stand nearby. 4. No maintenance of the entrance, room balcony and the bathroom doors and especially top floor leisure area.
