Very cozy place and host is very communicative making sure that check in was smooth late evening. There are 3 bedrooms with AC and the house is in a quiet area but near the backwater boats by car. Definitely recommended!

A calm and beautiful place to stay. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing and pleasant experience.
Minor things only, not relevant compared to the facilities we have enjoyed. Overall pretty good.

Caretaker Murthy was attentive and pleasant
No hot water just luke warm water because the property relies on a solar inverter for heating and cooling. Will be a big problem in winter
