Casa Luma Beach Homestay

Belle maison de style traditionnel en bois, chambre très propre et terrasse agréable pour y prendre le petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et la communication ne pose pas de problème même si son anglais est rudimentaire. Possibilité de dîner et même de commander une bière. Située dans un quartier très calme, juste en face de la plage, juste une ruelle et un jardin à traverser pour y accéder. A 30 minutes à pied du centre d’Alleppey ou 6/7 minutes en tuk-tuk.

La plage est malheureusement très sale avec beaucoup de plastique, mais cela n’est pas lié à l’hébergement.

The bedroom and adjacent balcony were immaculately clean and the property itself well maintained by the owner who lives on the ground floor with his immediate family, all of whom were extremely helpful and always available/willing to go the “extra mile” to ensure our stay was simply perfect. Dinner was served on the balcony adjacent to our room; the food was both delicious and plentiful,all at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was complimentary; again it was freshly prepared by the host’s wife and served with a smile. Just what was needed to start the day.

Den Hype um diese Unterkunft kann ich nicht teilen: es war ein einfaches und sauberes Zimmer, aber auch nicht mehr. Dafür m. E. zu teuer. Bettwäsche unzureichend (kein Laken, nur eine Polyesterdecke). Die Besitzer sind total freundlich, die Kommunikation aufgrund mangelnder Englischkenntnisse jedoch schwierig. Handtuch kaum zu gebrauchen, da null saugfähig.
