Location is great, ambience of the property, facilities such as hot water, good ac, clean room, water purifier and of course a helpful and friendly owner naveen.
Room size is great for one person. It's cozy and lovely. If you want too much space then it might not be the right fit for you.

Lovely view of the ocean, very clean and comfortable with a good mattress ( rare in India). Incredibly welcoming and helpful, i felt like a family guest! The guys arranged boat trips and transport. Also a fabulous cafe for breakfast next door (Lemon Drop).

Great views, Sunset etc. Right on the beach! Balcony, very friendly and helpful host. We felt very welcome and could have stayed longer. Plenty of nearby restaurants.
