The location is good on the lakeside which is very calming.
There were continuous events back to back at the property which were not disclosed to us. These events took up the little available common areas and disturbed our stay. Rooms are not soundproof. More than 50 people were in the property for the events on all days of our stay and this affected us. The property should not take bookings on event days.

We reached 3am and the place was locked and no one answering call, had informed we will reach after 1am only, that place didn’t have a calling bell to contact the caretaker, nor was caretakers number provided, manager picked up phone after 40 min or so and then called the caretaker, it was almost 3:45am by the time caretaker opened door and we got inside. So please provide a calling bell near door or post number outside the door, saying call this number.

No complimentary breakfast if you are booking through booking.com. The place is a big house transformed into so called resort. It would be good if you are booking all the rooms for ur family. A wedding happened when we checked in so you could not expect privacy or anything. The place is very close to Kollam beach so ya tat was the only perk
