Clean and comfortable with kind and friendly staff. Good WiFi and a useable kitchen. Short walk to a lovely sunset beach and public transport very accessible. Much nicer than being in busy Varkala and we had a comfortable 4 night stay
Not sure this really qualifies as a serviced apartment as there was no cleaning, towel change or waste removal. Staff were friendly and would probably have assisted if asked.
Never mastered hot water in the overhead shower.
Think it may be a cross cultural issue but sometimes there seemed to be a lack of awareness about it being a private space

It was clean and tidy. Very close to the beach and cliff.
Staff was very helping. Bijitha and her team was very good!
Roads were narrow but that was not the concern. We could easily take our car in and out.

Staff was too supportive, house was clean
The only thing it's far from varakala cliff, but it was very close to Vettakada Beach there we can enjoy
