I like the hotel's location. It was very close to the main tourist areas, including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and the Grand Bazaar. Above all, it was only four minutes away from the tram service. Breakfast was quite good with a variety of items to enjoy.
The hotel is located slightly down a hillside. Being an old couple, it was a bit uncomfortable for us. Nevertheless, it wasn't too deep down

The staff were friendly, especially Musa and Muhsin. Muhsin helped us carry our luggage to the taxi because taxi stopped a bit far from hotel. Musa helped us find good and affordable locations to eat and shop. Breakfast was amazing
The room was smaller than it looks in the pictures when booking hotel.
