First night was horrible cos the ac was not working we had to stay in two different rooms

Shower was broken but was fixed after speaking with staff.

Amazing location, you can walk pretty much everywhere and see the main highlights of that side of Istanbul. Really comfy beds and super friendly staff. They have airport transfers for an extra costa which is convenient and affordable. Good breakfast included as well.
The bathroom has a very strong sewage smell.

The staff were very friendly and everyone was nice. The room was ready when we arrived and we got fresh clean towels every day. The property is close to many attractions on the European side of Istanbul.
The fridge didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t clean like in the Fotos, there was mold and the door won’t close properly. We found out too late that for the same money you could stay at a better hotel. The breakfast was included but it was really bad and nothing tasted so good. I tasted more things and then only sticked to boiled eggs and cucumber because these were fine.
