The breakfast was excellent, with a very large and rich buffet offering an amazing variety of choices and everything you could possibly wish for. The location was ideal, right next to the tram and very close to all the main attractions of Istanbul. We especially loved how easy it was to get around and explore the city.

The staff is very nice and the rooms are very clean. White bedsheets, ok mattresses, ok quality shampoo and shower gel.
The elevator worked all the time, breakfast good, plenty of food.
Location, amazing, walking distance from everything.
The towels need to be replaced, and overall old furniture and not updated bathrooms.
The pillows were overstuffed.
The food for breakfast was always same deli, cheese and boiled eggs.

The terrace was really dirty, only one plug in all the room which seems kinda ridiculous for a hotel, we could not even really use the kettle without having to move it to the night table
