This was a really nice stay for me, with wife and 4 year old child. The room was really big compared to a normal hotel room, which was great for being able to have a bit more room for toys. The sofa bed was fairly comfy and had plenty of space, and the main bed and pillows were lovely. Breakfast was a fairly good traditional Turkish breakfast, although not much that my very fussy son would eat. The shower was a bit disappointing. Hard to get the temperature right, not particularly powerful, and ran out of hot water one morning. Soundproofing could be better; quite a lot of noise at night (especially given earlier bedtimes with a young child). WiFi always worked perfectly. Was too warm on first night but we discovered it was because the radiators were all switched on. Easy enough to switch them off and make it more comfortable for night 2. Super central location, close to loads of main attractions and restaurants. Good value compared to other options we considered.

Our stay at Villa Sphendone was very enjoyable. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were very helpful, attentive and pleasant. We stayed for 5 nights and were so glad to be able to retreat to the peaceful aircondioned room after the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. Very close to all major attractions, restaurants and public transport. Great breakfasts to start your day. Highly recommend.

This has to be best "bang for buck" in this Istambul area! 😁 Flawless service with great conditions. The staff went above and beyond ensuring I had everything I wanted in my nice and cosy room 😊 100% recommend!

It is a family friendly hotel located in the old city, only 10 minutes walk to Sultanahmet square. The owner and the staffs are very friendly and supportive.
