    We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a small, family run hotel, really well managed. The staff at reception were really nice& helpfully. Breakfast was lovely. Location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend it

    The room size just nice although it was budget room. Enough for us to open our luggage and perform prayer. The location is about 15 minutes from Sultanahmet area and nearest tram station is Chamberlitas. But bear in mind the hotel location which u have to climb the hill. However we have no issue with this. The breakfast spread is not so much choice and everyday is the same menu (we stay for 5 nights). However i cant comment much on this, maybe im not the fan of Turkish breakfast. But the face of the lady who prepared the breakfast always 🙁 On first day we greeted her “good morning” with smile face, she just turned to us and continued her work. Maybe she don’t speak English but can’t she just smile back? There was one day that maybe we speak quite loud during breakfast, the lady scolded us asking us to lower our volume (i guess that what she wanted to say to us because she speaks turkish) We dont mind if she want to warn us but she can say in a nice way. We are the customer. Additionally, they only change 1 towel every day in our room and did not top up the shower gel in some day (although all the bottles left are empty) However, there is 1 staff that we want to thank which the guy during our check out. He helped us with our luggage, book us the taxi and being a really nice guy. Overall if u ask me if i want to repeat again with this hotel? 50-50
