El apartamento está limpio y es espacioso. Tiene todo lo necesario. El aire acondicionado funciona genial aunque las rejillas de la ventilación estaban algo descuidadas.
El portal al principio nos descuadró un poco, es muy viejo y no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento. Es un primero sin ascensor, aunque no hubo problema porque no llevábamos carrito. Culpa mía por no mirar.

Unterkunft ist zentrumsnah und bietet ausreichend Platz
Erreichbarkeit mit PkW ist ungünstig weil keine Stellplätze zum Be- und Entladen verfügbar sind.
Stellplatz im Parkhaus ist sehr teuer.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig: Abgesehen von Standardgeschirr und - besteck gibt es nichts in der Wohnung: keine Teekanne, kein Brotmesser, kein Kochgeschirr, ….
Die Wohnung ist hellhörig und gerade nachts ist die Lärmbelästigung erheblich.
