It is a very convenient location for the city center (within an 8-minute walk), as well as for connections to places in the Murcia region. The communication with the host was perfect, the view superb, and the facilities just fine, exactly what we needed, with cafes and supermarkets within reach.
I haven't noticed much to mention, maybe one of the beds in one bedroom is screeching too loudly, but you get used to it.

Casi ninguna bombillas en las lámparas, el wifi no funcionaba, cama muy blanda, lavabo atascado, balcones con mucho polvo, nevera hace ruido por la noche. La entrada del portal con escaleras. Puerta de entrada a la vivienda muy insegura, la cadena de seguridad estaba rota. En el lavabo del cuarto de aseo no había agua caliente. Con un poco de dinero se podría arreglar todo y sería todo mucho mejor.
