Excellent location within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, places of interest and the bus and train station. The apartment was spotless and comfortable with fans and/or air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen was well equipped The 2 shower rooms included toiletries.

Being in narrow streets and opposite bars meant it was noisy for the two front facing bedrooms in the early hours of the morning as the bars closed. There was also noise from the apartment upstairs.

Jaime our contact was brilliant. The apartment was superb. Very spacious and clean. Within walking distance to everything also great restaurants. Well worth a visit 👍

Salón algo oscuro porque sólo le llega la luz por patio interior

My son had a week off work, between jobs, so we decided on an end of season city break to Murcia. There were a few good looking apartments at a reasonable price but this was by far the biggest and was conveniently located in the old town, near the Cathedral and a number of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. We only used two bedrooms but there was a third, double room and the couch in the living room also converted to a bed, if required. We each had our own shower room. The kitchen was spacious although we didn't use much of the facilities, really just the kettle and fridge. We couldn't even justify using the dishwasher although tablets were provided. Entry into the apartment was digital/ keypad and the owners very generously let us stay well beyond usual checkout to accommodate late airport flights. They also provided a WhatsApp number so we could readily contact them although we only used it to ask for late check out. All in, this apartment was great value for money, well located with good facilities to meet all our needs.
