Compact and modern apartment in an excellent location, clean and very well equipped. Efficient air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the lounge area.
Not many horizontal places for placing belongings on in one of the bedrooms.

Muy acogedor y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia.
Cercano al centro .
Es una pena el ruido de los clientes del bar de abajo, al ser entresuelo no puedes conciliar el sueño hasta que se van.

Tiene todo lo que se necesita: lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, microondas, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo....
Está justo encima de un bar con terraza. Música mejicana hasta las 00:30 o 1:00, esto si cumple
con la normativa local de ruidos. El apartamento es exterior.
