Apartment Kris- Stradun Old Town

Nice apartment in a great location - right in the middle of the old town. Small and quite basic, but had everything we needed for a short stay.

Right up in the attic, so lots of stairs and low ceilings. Actually, we liked the quirkiness, but might wear thin for a longer stay. Tricky if you have heavy luggage.

El alojamiento es hermoso, tiene todas las comodidades para que uno se sienta en su casa. La ubicacion es inmejorable, dentro de la ciudad amurallada y cerca de absolutamente todo. Las camas muy comodas.

No hay nada que no nos haya gustado, pero solo a tener en cuenta el depto esta en un 2do piso por escaleras. Nada a lo que uno no este acostumbrado en Dubrovnik jaja

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Fácil acceso. El estado del piso estaba bien.

Nos alojamos en el ático. En la planta baja se encontraba el baño y cocina y en la planta alta las habitaciones. No era cómodo el acceso a la cama en una de las habitaciones y el baño podría mejorar.

The location and that’s about all!

We were advised we would be met but we were not. Instead sent entry info. The apartment was stuffy upon arrival so I opened a window on a flat wall near the dining room. The window had shutters on them with a small opening. When we returned after dinner we found a cat in the apartment. We could not get it out. I contacted the host for help as did my cousin who lives in Croatia. We were met with rudeness. The host also blamed me for the cat being there. There was no way this cat got in unless it was Spider-Man! There were no city view unless you want to look at the top of roofs! There are 4 flights of very steep stairs to get to the apartment and this was not mentioned, my elderly mother struggled. There was also an awkward staircase in the apartment. I was told by the host if I come to Dubrovnik, I should know there are cats and stairs. This was my 4th visit to Dubrovnik and it’s the first time I noticed cats all over the souvenirs! The cat was up and down the stairs all night and we got no sleep until 5am. When we woke the cat was nowhere to be found! No doors or windows had been open! Clearly this cat had an entry/exit point somewhere! The rudeness of the host was disgraceful!
