Amazing stay! Perfect location in the heart of Dubrovnik near Pile Gate. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless, quiet, cozy, and beautifully modern. Great amenities and a wonderful atmosphere — highly recommend!

Overall a beautiful property and near all the old town sites. Amenities were very nice.
No shampoo or shower gel in shower dispensers, AC was not working properly. Very warm and sleepless night.

Amazing location, very large room with great amenities, particularly enjoyed the soaking bathtub.
Stairwell does have an unpleasant smell, but we chalked that up to old building plumbing ventilation. The hot water also doesn’t last long if you shower late in the am. We adapted.

This room was nicely decorated and inviting. It was not the exact room we were expecting (not the one pictured on Booking.com), but a fairly close substitute. The room has a LOT of lights (main, flooring, back-lighting, pendants, sconces, accent). This was really nice to dial in for any mood - including a late-night bath in the free-standing bathtub (set within the footprint of the room).
It was third floor with lots of stairs. This is pretty standard for Dubrovnik and could have been much worse, but initially, it's a haul to get all your luggage up to the room. Higher can be better for less street noise (it was not a factor)
