Studio - Clim AC - 5min beach walk - 2min tramway

Great location, near a beautiful beach, close to public transit, very good for being a home-base to do daytrips to other locations. Pharmacy next door and grocery store only blocks away. Unit was air-conditioned which was appreciated. Apartment has a washing machine and drying rack which was very handy. Communication with owner was generally very good and helpful. The place was clean and easy to check-in without personal contact with owner.

While we understood that the “bedroom” was a loft we found the staircase up to the loft was very hard to navigate and quite dangerous. I don’t recommend for young children or people with mobility issues. No WIFI, which I believe is a must for travellers as we usually have limited data. The owner did give us one to try when I shared my displeasure - it worked a little. No cleaning supplies - no dish soap, garbage bags, paper towel or even toilet paper. The toilet paper apparently was an error of the cleaning staff and was rectified the next afternoon. I did share my concern with owner about cleaning supplies and some items were dropped off. Some kitchen additions and cleaning supplies would make the stay nicer.
