About this apartment rental
Pretty studio very well equipped with 300 meters of the sea on foot.
On the spot there are some accessories that you do not want to buy or transport: dishwashing liquid, hand soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, sponge, cloth ...
The apartment consists of a main room and a small mezzanine, accessible via a staircase. There is a double bed on the mezzanine. The studio is quite atypical in its configuration: from the living room, there is a staircase that leads first to the shower room and then to the mezzanine. The shower room is spacious, it also hosts shelves, a washing machine and toilets. The apartment is small but nice and very functional.
The studio is bright, nicely furnished and equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board. Ironing, etc ... The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, a mini-oven, a microwave, a fridge. I provide sheets and towels (but not beach towels!). There is a folding table that allows for seated meals.
Location: in Nice West, just behind the Promenade des Anglais and 2 minutes walk from the sea, 2 km from Nice Côte d'Azur airport, 4.5 km from Nice Ville train station and close to The motorway exit Nice Promenade. The location is ideal, whether you arrive by plane, train or car. Bus stops serving many lines are located right next to the house, which allows to pass a stay without car (possibility of renting a parking space in the parking of the Bosquets located at 400m).
The neighborhood is pleasant and offers many shops within walking distance: Carrefour supermarkets and Casino, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria ... There are Blue Bicycle terminals nearby (self-service bicycles).
To visit during your stay: the old Nice and its course Saleya, the many museums of the region (Cocteau, Matisse, Picasso, etc ...), the village of Biot and its glass masters, Marineland, Monaco, Cannes ... Nice is well known for its large pebble beaches, but the sandy beaches of Juan-les-Pins are not far away. Italy is also a few kilometers away and easily accessible by train or car (Vintimille, San Remo).
