Très bon emplacement à proximité d'une belle plage. Appartement confortable pour 3 personnes, climatisé. 2 terrasses pour profiter des extérieurs, les baies vitrées et volets pouvant s'escamoter totalement dans les murs pour ouvrir la maison des 2 côtés. Bons équipements avec lave linge et cuisine équipée. Parking au top, avec une place privative juste devant la maison. Beaucoup de bars, restaurants et commerces à proximité. Activité location de bateau au bout de la rue donnant sur la plage que je recommande vivement pour découvrir la beauté des criques et plages du nord-est de l'île.

Certains équipements dans la maison sont en nombre insuffisant, un peu anciens ou en mauvais état : toiles pour se protéger du soleil sur la terrasse, pied de parasol cassé, couverts en nombre insuffisants. Rien de grave et qui peuvent facilement être améliorés. Salle de bain petite et peu pratique.

The location is amazing, just very short distance from the beach and there are three supermarkets nearby.

From someone who genuinely loved the property and place, only two things I would like to note is there is no microwave so with two kids it was a bit complicated. A dishwasher would be good too 😅. And the area without the car can be bit tricky as there is only so much to do within the walking distance. Taxi is very expensive and we wouldn't dare try the bus.

Plenty of amenities and stuffs (for kitchen, bathroom, terraces), welcome starter-pack, comfort rooms, excellent beds, large terraces (in each part of the day, at least one is in shadow), safe and calm location, sound of owl in the night, generally absence of mosquitoes, constant care by the owner, no crowd on the beach (extremely clean water with many fishes)...

Car parking might be challenging if there are other cars parked both nearby AND on the street.
