Ezevacances Studio Capuccino vue mer 5 mn plage 7 mn gare Wifi

Ce studio est très bien situé (très proche de la plage de galets et très proche de la gare). Nous avons effectué nos visites sur la côte en train (moyen le plus rapide, presque aussi fréquent qu'un métro et jolies vues). Le studio est charmant et pourvu de tout le nécessaire (et même plus).

L'immeuble dans lequel se situe le studio a subi un incendie, ce que nous ignorions au moment de la réservation. Le studio n'est pas touché mais les communs doivent être réparés. L'impression, avant d'entrer dans le studio, est donc assez négative. Malgré l'intervention de la propriétaire, nous n'avons pas eu accès au WIFI. Mais ce sont des détails au regard de la qualité du logement en lui-même.

Location. Size. Esthetics, coffee machine. Kitchen not used but very nice and practical. Bed. Good instructions

Threats of fines in the instructions book. It is ok to remove the bed sheets but to be threatened by a fine if you do not do it is a bit strange Cramped toilet seat Missing bed side tables in both sides of the bed. Not possible to manage lights from the bed side.

Host was very responsive, and met us to hand us the keys/show us entry details. The location was lovely, very near the oceanfront, and easy access to the trains and buses around the area. The place had everything we needed for a nice short stay, but with the kitchenette we certainly could have enjoyed a longer stay there.

Clean, cozy, nice apartment. The owner is trying to react quick and be helpful! The sea is very near - 100 m only.

Fire! I would prefer to know in advance that there was a fire inside the building and it looks ugly and smells awful. The apartment itself is clean and there is NO smell in it. Everything is clean inside but the bathroom rug and pillowcase were stained pink. It's not pleasant. AC is on the floor and is working very poorly. I didn't sleep well all three nights and had to sleep off the whole day afterwards in another place….AC works very loudly and initially it woke me up each 5-10 mins…when the owner fixed it it still worked very loudly so that I couldn’t sleep well( NO shops around AT ALL. Only a tent with vegetables and fruits. You would need to go to a city for food. If you don’t have a car it would be a problem… 3 restaurants nearby but prices are high. The sea is close but you have to go up the stairs on the way back. Pebbles are the first two meters and then the whole sea bottom is covered in algae. There is a toilet smell near the passage. The beach is not very big.
