The unit is situated only a stone’s throw away from the historic centre of Eze (500 metres) and provides quick access to many major sites on the French Riviera -- Monaco (4 km), Nice (10 km), Eze beach (4 km), Beaulieu-sur-Mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat (7km).
The apartment is situated in a newly constructed, high-end residence that boosts spectacular ocean views. The apartment includes a private terrasse (15 m2) for outdoor dining or lounging.
