Couleur Piscine: Semi-detached villa, magnificent sea view 4 to 6 people

This is a rustic, homely property, reasonably comfortable. Pierre, the host is very helpful. Pool could have been cleaner and noisy from traffic at times. That said we had a good week there.

We spent a very nice week at Èze. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace. An excellent base to visit Nice and Monaco. And a very nice place to stay at home and spend the holidays relaxing.

Pierre was a great host, while the home is a bit dated and could use some modernizing, Pierre makes up for it with his communications and assistance at all times during the stay. Staying here is recommended.

Stayed at Pierre’s house for a week with 3 friends during the rugby World Cup. The house is lovely and spacious. Really handy having bathrooms upstairs and down. The views from all the levels down to the sea are just beautiful and the pool was a delight. Plus all those steps were great for my fitness app and im sure helped counteract the cheese and wine! As a host Pierrre could not have been more accommodating, giving advice on buses and the best beaches and even running us to the station when we were in a rush to get to the rugby stadium. Would come back again without a shadow of a doubt - we all had a great time.

We had a wonderful holiday in Pierre's house! We have seen many swimming pools in previous holidays, but this was really the nicest, largest and cleanest swimming pool we have ever encountered. It might be useful for next guests to know that an apartment is situated 'under' the swimming pool and that if this is rented out, those guests have to pass the swimming pool when entering and leaving the property. From the terrace downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs there is a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea. Furthermore, the location of the house is fantastic! Within 10 minutes we were in the heart of Monaco, Nice can be reached within 30 minutes. All together we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much Pierre for allowing us to stay here for 2 weeks!

We had a very pleasant stay at this villa, 4 adults + 2 teenagers. Perfectly situated house, beautiful view and friendly host! The villa has 3 bedrooms but as our teenagers didn’t want to share one, Pierre kindly arranged one extra bed in the living room (sofa bed) so everybody were happy! And as we arrived very late and the grocery was closed, Pierre brought us some food so that we could have dinner! We had a rental car so it was easy to get around. A wonderful vacation, thank you!

Good locaton with excellent views, everything we needed was provided in the villa, and Pierre was very helpful and available to sort out any issues.

Lovely villa situated between the lower and middle corniche, Monaco side of Eze. Pierre was there to welcome us when we arrived and was most helpful. Some of the light bulbs needed replacing and the sink in the kitchen didn’t hold water and a couple of other little things but these things seemed to add to the character of the villa rather than be an annoyance, it was all part of the charm of the property. If we had mentioned it to Pierre I know he would have sorted it out for us straight away. Some of the pictures and the description show an independent small villa which was not part of the main villa and was not therefore part of our booking which can be a little confusing. The main villa has 3 separate good sized bedrooms situated on the first floor along with one of the bathrooms. The other bathroom is situated downstairs adjacent to the kitchen / lounge. The outside space has plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. The pool which is up a few stairs from the outside seating area is wonderful. It is a really good size and heated and we spent many hours in it. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool with plenty of towels for use there. There are also plenty of towels inside the villa. Pierre brought us fresh bed linen half way through our 2 week stay. Pierre is a great source of knowledge about the area and is always willing to help out with suggestions. Overall we had a fantastic time staying in this villa and will certainly be going back there again in the future. Thank you Pierre for our wonderful holiday
