Studio tout confort avec parking et terrasse à Eze village

The apartment is beautiful, modern, very clean, and offers good amenities, like a well-equipped kitchen.

The bed did not work - the mattresses and frames just slid around while I slept, causing an opening between the mattresses that I would fall into. The bedframe situation needs some drastic improvement. I had a few issues figuring out things in the kitchen, like how to turn on the stove (lot of buttons, and it requires you to turn it on, then hold down a lock button [the part I had a difficult time figuring out], then select a burner, then select a power level... or something like that which was not at all intuitive) and how to use a pot (several have removable handles that you have to put on before you use them - I had never heard of such a thing so used them without, and there are no potholders, so I had a very difficult time). I can't really criticize the apartment/host for the location, but it does not work well without a car, despite having a bus stop a one-minute walk away, as the buses come less than once per hour. The terrace is fine, but I was out during the day and tried relaxing out there in the evening and it didn't work. There are two flood lights that are motion-activated, so if you're sitting out there after dark, you just get blasted between obscenely bright light and no light (it turns off fairly quickly without motion, like if you're just sitting). I would have been fine with no light, as there was plenty of ambient light, but there was no apparent way to turn off the flood lights.

Nice self contained spacious unit with good amenities, on bus route. Nice and clean. Air conditioning was great, excellent shower, good communication with hosts. We felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood. Wifi worked well. Quiet from general street noise. Appreciated having laundry facilities available.

Damp feel and very mouldy smell in the unit due to the climate issues. Dehumidifier was provided to help with this. Unit is part of a family home, so some noise from the family is to be expected (especially with a young child). 1.5km from the village/amenities with steep uphill walk means you need to plan appropriately. Bus only comes approximately hourly (sometimes a 2 hour gap). Likely more convenient for people with their own vehicle.

the wifi didnt work 99% of the time the beach is not as described 1km from the property, its 3,5km mountain hiking road (2,5 hours walktime) the property is not in the village, its in the middle of the mountain so not really in waking distance from anything but as already mentioned, theres a bus

The place dosnt look like rge picture at all Its tiny and the 'GARDEN' ITS PARKING I WAS PLANING TO STAY 2 NIGHT THERE, BUT AT CHECK IN I TOLD THE OWNER THAT I WILL STAY 1 NIGHT SINS ITS TINY AND NOT AT ALL LIKE TO PICTURE, SHE WAS SEPOSE TO REFOUND ME BUT NEVER DID, SO I PAY 2 NIGHT AND STAY 1 NIGHT,

Studio vraiment très bien équipé, super propre, climatisé, cuisine bien équipée, finition de qualité, égal aux photos

Qu’il ne soit pas indiqué dans l’annonce qu’il y a une autre location coller au studio, une porte séparant les deux… et donc très peu d’isolation phonique et de plus du coup obligé de laisser les rideaux de la baie vitrée fermée (face au lit) pour avoir de l’intimité car elle donne du côté parking de tous, y compris des propriétaires habitants au-dessus .

Emplacement au calme, à proximité de beaucoup de sites., nombreuses possibilités de randonnées.
