Sam apartament super. Lokalizacja i wyposażenie, w tym klimatyzacja bardzo ok.
Blok jest z tych starszych, co zwłaszcza widać na klatce, a winda mała, ciasna i trochę straszna. W łazience rzeczywiście czasem czuć zapach jakby z kanalizacji.
