It was a beautiful apartment and in a quiet neighborhood. Supermarket was right across the street and a nice 10 min walk got us to the Old Town main square. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy self check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend for families.

A very comfortable and convenient apartment, about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Kraków. We stayed there as a family for four days, and it would also be suitable for longer stays, as it has a spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils.

A few minor drawbacks: the toilet is rather small. I would personally prefer a single bathroom with the toilet in the same room. The double bed is also a little narrow and somewhat difficult to access, as one side is directly against the wall. It would also be useful if the host provided some information or recommendations about the city’s main attractions. Finally, the 10:00 a.m. check-out time feels a little early, and the process for using the breakfast vouchers could be more clearly organised and standardised.
