Apartments Kremer Cracow

It’s location is perfect, out the way so it’s quiet but a very short walk to get to all the places you’d want to visit. The apartment is significantly bigger than the pictures make it look, everything you need is included if you want to cook, the tv etc is very high quality, neighbours respectful - we didn’t hear them once, and bedrooms had more than enough room to store your clothes etc. The owner was incredibly kind, communication was clear and we even had a fourth person decide to come last minute so they had sheets and a towel sent round right away. The coffee shop right outside our flat was some of the best coffee we had all holiday too! If we come back or friends decide to visit this is the only place I’d suggest they stay!

Honestly, there were no flaws for our purposes. 4 friends who want their own space in a quiet tidy flat - it more than delivered on that!

Location Size Facilities

Some fixture & fittings were in need of repair or attention like plug sockets & some not working

Very spacious, convenient parking under the building for a good price

AC only in the living room, didn’t hell the bedrooms much

Location, space of apartment, lots of nice big common areas for our family to occupy.

Basic amenities were lacking. Our family of four, including two small children, stayed here for 9 nights, and there were no extra supplies provided for a longer stay. For example, there was only one garbage bag provided for each of the bathroom and kitchen bins. With two young children, particularly with diapers, garbage accumulates quickly over a 9-night stay. When we asked whether we could receive additional garbage bags, we were told that we needed to purchase our own because this was not a hotel. While we understand that this is a rental property rather than a hotel, I would still expect a property of this standard to have some basic extra supplies available for guests staying for more than a week. Unfortunately, the host's response when we raised the issue also came across as unnecessarily rude. A little more consideration for guests staying with small children, along with a few basic additional supplies, would have made a significant difference to our stay.
