I would definitely use this property for comfort and very easy access to the town . More than 2km of town served by the

Small but very comfortable and clean ., The bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept in . My dog loved the garden to race around in and could just open the door in the morning so she could toilet ., literally around the corner from the very frequent tramline . All so easy

It was good . People with dogs must use a muzzle on the tramline .,

The whole experience was first class.

The floor in the bathroom became wet from the shower and was slippery. Be careful - could there be something placed to prevent a potential fall. Otherwise nothing else

We stayed over night

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and very clean. We booked the restaurant for evening meal the service was excellent. The food was amazing and great value for money. Very close to the ferry port. Would definitely recommend and great for family’s.

Breakfast was ok plenty of choice, we went down at 8.45 am by then the hot food was cold.

There was a good selection for breakfast and the evening meal was beautiful, all the staff were very happy and very helpful, with a special thanks to Sovanny. The swimming pool was perfect and a joy to use, we will definitely be returning.

The golden tulip had a very nice feel to it and was very stylish and the swimming pool was great.

Sadly they didn’t have any vegetarian options in the restaurant but was super close to a few restaurants.

we choose this hotel, despite the price for the spa facility. The jacuzzi was under maintenance and the pool cold, so there was no use of the facility or discount offered. The mini fridge in the room was also barely cold. Only one time coffee cups available.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The furnishings were of a high standard and everything was spotlessly clean. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The sauna and hot tub weren’t functioning correctly during our visit, but this was just a small maintenance issue.

Outstanding Staff, Immaculate Spa Hotel

Everything was perfect! the location, the facilities, the room…. not to mention the impeccable staff who were absolutely wonderful, kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. For a spa hotel that has only been open a matter of weeks, any previous negative reviews should be totally disregarded because this place and the staff are outstanding. We travelled the lengths and breaths of Europe and the staff at Golden Tulip were the most incredible people we met. Thank you all so much
