Alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Umgebung
Gute shoppingmöglichkeiten für alles mögliche viele Restaurants fussläufig
Nachts sehr ruhig
Fast Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad
Ausreichend Handtücher
Personal immer erreichbar super hilfsbereit und freundlich
Die Straße die man zu den Läden und Restaurants läuft wirkt erstmal nicht so vertrauenswürdig aber ist absolut ok
Es fahren nur Roller dort, man sollte daher schon gut aufpassen
Aber auch spät nachts vollkommen ok

Property seems to be in a “gated” community with long term residents staying and a few long term rental signs up.
Quiet at night, accessible to marts 24/7.
Hard to find at first, road leading to Villa can be better lighted especially at night and with some villas having renovations going on.
Couple of stray cats in the area.
