Location price and comfort.
One of the toilet had sewage smells. 2 bathroom separated from the main villa had low water pressure.

Very spacious, clean place with excellent staff and smooth coordination
A bit far from the beach, and during busy times taxis can take around 20–25 minutes.
No soap or shampoo provided, which should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking

Door wasn’t locked properly and unable to to contact the staff. Night stay was scary
