Relaxing and private villa experience near the airport.

Aries the villa manager was very polite and pleasant and allowed us to stow our luggage early before 12pm despite check-in being later. What I loved was that the management being extremely flexible with transport options. Instead of being picked up from the airport like typical travellers, they acceded to our request to be picked up from a hotel. The driver who picked us up was extremely friendly too. The villa was great with a wonderful private pool. The location was extremely close to the airport which was useful for us as we just booked the villa for one night before having to fly off the next day.

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel aren't included so we had to go buy some at the nearby discovery mall. Maybe I missed it somewhere on the listing but it would be good to make it more obvious that such items aren't available in the villa.

Was great, comfortable and spacious especially for a group of 8. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Everything. Basically everything described in the description and photos is exactly how the villa is, it’s A++++. Also loved that you could organise the villa chef to come cook meals right in front of using the villa kitchen. The message ladies were also fantastic they made everyone fell relaxed.

There were 2 maintenance issues but these were fixed and sorted basically as soon as we advised the Villa manager but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Nice December stay

The place is spacious and relatively clean, although I wish the living room was brighter. Plenty of room to choose from. The villa has a Netflix account, which is a plus. Bathroom/toilet in every room is also a plus. Wifi connection speed is quite ok, comparable to mobile data. Lastly, It's located at a quiet neighbourhood, which can be a plus or minus.

The water pressure on the room near the swimming pool is weak. I'm sure it can be better because the basin water pressure is good. I don't like Mosquito. They clean 1 every 3 days, 1 every 2 days would be better. Wifi connection only at the living room where the router is. For a house this size you need mesh wifi, not just a single wifi router.

Convenient and fun.

The staff is really the highlight of this property. Nyoman, Foxi and the team were great. This property could organise breakfast at your villa, massages and transport. So convenient and a great place to stay as a group if you want to be in the heart of Kuta.

Location isn’t correct on google maps so make sure you get the exact location from the villa manager as there is other locations with the same name.

Rustig tropisch paradijs.

Mooi groene omgeving, ruim opgezet met grote comfortabele kamers en netjes schoon. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dagelijkse schoonmaak van de accommodatie met schone handdoeken. Voldoende bedjes bij het zwembad en ook dit word netjes onderhouden. Bij het ontbijt heb je een ruime keuze en voor het diner is vooral de Indonesische keuken aanbevolen.

Alles was naar tevredenheid.
