We absolutely loved staying at eight palms villas. The villa was gorgeous! It was comfortable, clean and the staff are gorgeous. It was only a short stroll to the end of the street for coffee and supermarket and under 10mins to shopping and restaurants! So easy to get around. We will be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you xx

The towels were always so dirty and never never had new towels. When we ran out of towels they would not replace them. It’s not local walking distance. The hot water would not work.

We stayed at eight palms with a family of 5. First night hot water wasn’t working so we complained about it and they said it was fixed. Second night we came out of the pool very cold going up for a nice hot shower, the kids had showers so came to our turn to shower but there was also no hot water. We told the management once again and they said that the hot water system is small and you need to wait another hour for hot water at this point we were so cold waiting for the hot water. Luckily my sister was next door so I had to wrap towels around me and went to her house for a shower. Management said they couldn’t do anything about this. As for towels they don’t have enough towels so they would give us discoursing looking towels or beach towels as they don’t have enough white towels. I have never stayed at a 5 star resort or hotel with this problem before. We were really shocked that they could not help with anything or any of these problems. Even bedsheets they don’t have enough of. Quiet disappointed for what i got and how much i payed for it.
